Mission Of
the Williamson County Adult Education Program
Our mission is
to provide educational opportunities to adult learners, ages 18 and
older that are not enrolled in school. Williamson County Adult
Education provides a diverse educational program which assists adult
learners who choose to improve basic literacy skills (learn to read and
write), to obtain their GED, enter post-secondary education, learn basic
computer skills, learn to speak English as a second language, or to
become better equipped to enter the workforce by improving job skills.
Vision of the Williamson County Adult Education Program
Our vision is to provide educational services to meet the needs of
the adult learner/employer in our community.
Services Provided
We offer
free GED, English as a Second Language (ESL), and basic computer skills
classes. All classes are taught by certified teachers and are open to
persons 18 years or older who are not currently enrolled in high school.
The classes are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of student
levels and abilities.
